Terms of Service.

1. The service

IPTV USA 4K provides access to live television channels and on-demand content over the internet for the term you prepay. Content lineups can change as sources change; material reductions in the lineup within your paid term qualify for a pro-rata refund on request.

2. Accounts & connections

Your plan permits a fixed number of simultaneous streams (1–5, as purchased). Credentials may be installed on unlimited devices in your household but may not be resold, shared publicly, or used commercially. Exceeding the connection limit repeatedly may result in a required upgrade or termination.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, restream, or resell the service; not to attempt to circumvent connection limits; and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply where you watch.

4. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and engineer for peak sports load, but internet-delivered television cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Persistent availability failures within the guarantee window are refundable.

5. Payments & renewals

All plans are prepaid in USD with no auto-renewal. Service ends at term expiry unless you renew. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in immediate termination; our refund policy exists so disputes never need to reach that point.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate section 3 without refund. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Questions: contact@iptvservices.online.
