Refund Policy.

1. The guarantee

Every plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee starting at activation. Not satisfied for any reason — picture quality, channel lineup, device compatibility — request a refund within 7 days and receive the full amount. No forms, no retention scripts.

2. What qualifies

Any first purchase within its 7-day window qualifies unconditionally. Outside the window, refunds are still issued for service failures we can't resolve — persistent outages or a materially reduced lineup — pro-rated for unused time.

3. What doesn't

Renewals past their own 7-day window, accounts terminated for terms violations (resale, restreaming), and reseller/wholesale packages, which carry their own agreement.

4. How to claim

Email contact@iptvservices.online or message WhatsApp with the email address used at checkout. State “refund request” — no reason required inside the guarantee window. We confirm within 24 hours.

5. Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Card and PayPal refunds land per your provider's timeline (typically 2–5 further business days); crypto refunds return to the sending wallet at the USD value paid.
